Section 5 – Delivery and Shipping

Shipping
We ship worldwide indicated by us. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and the availability of products, and will be displayed during the order process. Liability for Damages
Shipping is at the buyer's risk. Damages occurring during transit must be claimed by the buyer at the time of delivery from the carrier.

Section 6 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receiving the goods and return the items without stating a reason. Excluded from this right of withdrawal are products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

Return and Costs
In the event of a withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, provided the goods are returned in their original, undamaged condition. Please ensure that the customs declaration clearly states that the item is a return. Incorrectly declared customs documents may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Refund
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back in our possession.
