Return Policy
You may return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the items are returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels attached.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping, import duties and taxes imposed by your country are excluded from the refund. Please ensure that the customs declaration clearly states that the item is a return. Incorrectly declared customs documents may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
How to Return
To make the return process as easy as possible, please use our return portal.
Required Documentation
After registering your return, please provide us with the tracking number and a photo of the shipping label. After that, you will receive a confirmation email. You have 7 days to return the item. Please keep the return receipt until we confirm receipt of your return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
We process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive the item, we will notify you via email and initiate the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to process. If you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@studiogoccia.com.
Important Notes
Please note that we cannot accept returns if:
- The item has been worn or shows signs of use
- The item is damaged or has been washed
- The warranty card or serial number is missing
- The item is not in its original packaging
- It is a custom-made or personalized product
- The item is from a special promotion or sale
- Gift cards cannot be returned

Warranty Card and Serial Number
Some Studio Goccia designs include a serial number. The warranty card is an essential part of the product. We cannot accept returns without the warranty card. Please ensure that the warranty card is included with the returned item.
