Leather is a natural material that develops a unique patina over time. Due to its natural structure, irregularities such as scars, wrinkles, veins, and pores may appear. These features are not flaws, but rather attest to the authenticity of the material and add to the charm of your product.

As leather is sensitive to moisture, chemicals, oils, light, and temperature fluctuations, it should be protected from these elements. Direct sunlight and heat sources can discolor and dry out the leather. When not in use, always store your product in its original packaging. Please avoid using silica gel packets, as they can dry out the leather.

Cleaning: Use a cleaning sponge and leather soap to gently clean your smooth leather. Apply a small amount of leather soap to the sponge and clean the leather in soft, circular motions. Avoid applying too much pressure or scrubbing too hard. Afterward, wipe the leather with a slightly damp microfiber cloth (we recommend distilled water to prevent limescale marks). Be sure not to soak the leather.

Conditioning: Apply a thin layer of leather balm to the leather and then polish it with a soft microfiber cloth. The balm contains beeswax, which not only protects the leather but also neutralizes unpleasant odors and leaves a pleasant scent. However, avoid using too much balm so the leather can continue to breathe. Allow the product to air dry.

Suede leather requires special attention due to its open structure, making it susceptible to stains. Avoid contact with oily substances, as these can penetrate the leather and cause permanent stains.

Cleaning: Gently brush the suede leather with a special leather brush to remove dust and dirt. For cleaning, you can use lukewarm water and dry the leather with a soft, damp microfiber cloth.

Drying: Allow the suede leather to air dry, but not in direct sunlight or on radiators, as this can dry out the leather and make it brittle.

Patent leather is more delicate and should be handled with extra care.

Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth (ideally with distilled water) to clean patent leather. Avoid using cleaning agents or chemicals that could damage the glossy finish.

Ink, oily substances, alcohol-based products, and harsh cleaning agents can permanently damage the leather.
Light-colored leather may discolor when in contact with dark or rough fabrics.
Excessive stress or improper handling can affect the shape and structure of the product.

To maintain the shine of your crystals, we recommend polishing them regularly with a soft microfiber cloth. Clean the crystals with gentle, circular motions. For more stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water (ideally distilled) to avoid water spots. After cleaning, thoroughly dry the crystals.

Important Note: Be sure to protect the metal settings of the crystals from excessive moisture. Moisture can affect the metal parts and connections.

The metal components of your product should also be handled with special care. To avoid scratches and surface damage, never clean the metal parts with abrasive materials.

Cleaning: Use a slightly damp microfiber cloth to gently clean the metal surfaces. Avoid cleaning agents that contain abrasive substances or acids like vinegar or lemon juice.

Drying: Thoroughly dry the metal parts with a soft, dry cloth. We also recommend using distilled water to avoid limescale marks.

Avoid contact with oily, chemical, or alcohol-based products, as these can damage the metal and its surface.
