Shipping and Delivery Terms
Shipping
Shipping is carried out via DHL as the standard delivery method. All orders in the EU are eligible for free shipping on purchases over CHF 800. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout during the ordering process. Please note that international import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can reach us at support@studiogoccia.com.
Shipping Confirmation
When your order is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your order at any time via https://www.dhl.com/ch-en/home.html?locale=true. Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for your order to appear in the tracking system.
Delivery Time
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 10 working days. Since each product is handcrafted to order, extended delivery times may occasionally apply. If we are unable to ship your order within 10 working days due to high demand, we will notify you promptly by email.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to avoid delays, unforeseen circumstances with our delivery partner may cause delays. Studio Goccia Italy Macaluso is not liable for such delays. Please note that shipping does not occur on public holidays or during vacation periods.

Please note that P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses cannot be serviced.
